Eric Beamish has been licensed since 2005 after several years working in the financial sector.  Specializing in buyers and investment properties, he sells homes all over Central Ohio.  A resident of Dublin and a graduate of The Ohio State University and a die-hard Buckeye, Eric knows the city from end to end and will work tirelessly to find you the perfect home on your terms and where you want to be.

Timothy Moore has almost 20 years' experience in new home sales.  With 10 years' experience with Romanelli and Hughes as well as time with Centex Homes and Mid-Ohio Development, he has learned the ins-and-outs of the new home industry from some of the best and most successful.  He uses this knowledge to head up our new home program and works with all of our clients interested in building.  Licensed in 2002 he also is our lead listing agent, working closely with our sellers and administrative staff to ensure that the selling process goes smoothly from start to finish.
